Troocoo are currently partnering with an organisation based in Brisbane, due to the growth of the company an opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

The Accounts Payable Officer is primarily responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function. Within this position you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills and expand your knowledge whilst working across a range of finance functions.

Other Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing using MYOB
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier's statements
• Respond to internal and external customer enquiries regarding payment terms, tax compliance, business name registrations and invoice payments
• Support Month-End and Half Year-End closing processes
• Vendor reconciliation and maintenance
• Generation of daily EFT run and bi-weekly payment runs
• Assist the Accounts Payable Manager with ad hoc tasks
• Sound knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years experience, have a strong transactional accounts background with an eye for detail. You will pride yourself on your professionalism and ability to work with others to achieve results.
