We are seeking a dedicated, qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to our residents at Zion Gympie Home Care, in alignment with Lutheran Services' policies and procedures.

*** Please note this is a 12 month full time fixed term contract (76 hours per fortnight), with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. There is potential for transition to permanent full-time employment upon completion of the contract. ***

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

• Relevant Nursing Qualification, such as a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.

• Previous Experience in aged care, home care, or a similar healthcare setting (preferred).

• Comprehensive Knowledge of clinical care standards, aged care legislation, and best practices in home care.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Commitment to Person-Centered Care, ensuring the dignity, safety, and well-being of residents.

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
