About the role

Kiddie Academy is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team in Kellyville, NSW. This is a full-time opportunity to help shape the lives of young children through a nurturing and enriching learning environment.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment that supports the physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional development of children
• Build strong relationships with children and their families, fostering open communication and collaboration
• Observe and document children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
• Participate in centre-wide activities, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and centre policies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a long day care or preschool setting
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to partnering with families
• Current working with children check, first aid certificate, and anaphylaxis management training
