JV Recruitment is on the hunt for a skilled labourer to join an award-winning construction company delivering one of its largest industrial warehouse builds to date, based near Ipswich.
This is your chance to secure a long-term opportunity on a high-profile job site where safety and quality are non-negotiable. We're seeking someone with at least 1–2 relevant tickets and 12 months of construction experience.

This role starts as casual ongoing, with a clear path to temp-to-perm for the right person. Once permanent, you'll be provided with a company ute. Ideal for someone looking for stability, a great team, and strong work-life balance — Monday to Friday, 6:30 am starts, between 8-10 hours each day.

🔧 THE ROLE We’re seeking experienced and reliable construction labourers for a major warehouse and industrial construction project. This role starts as casual ongoing, with a clear path to temp-to-perm for the right candidate.

You’ll be working Monday to Friday with 6:30 am starts, enjoying a supportive team environment and strong work-life balance. Once you go permanent, you'll be provided with a company ute — ideal for someone who’s committed and looking for long-term stability.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Valid White Card
• Full PPE
• Minimum 12 months on-site construction experience
• Own car required (until perm)
• 2 Relevant tickets
