About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a casual Imaging Operator to join our team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd' in Hume, ACT. As an Imaging Operator, you will play a key role in our records management and document control operations, contributing to the efficient and secure management of our client's important information.

What you'll be doing

Scanning, imaging and indexing physical documents into our electronic document management system

Ensuring accuracy and quality of scanned documents through careful quality assurance checks

Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by responding to queries and supporting their document management needs

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our document control systems

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our document management processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience working in an imaging, records management or document control role

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in your work

Excellent computer skills, particularly with document management and imaging software

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Effective communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with records management principles and practices
