We are looking for someone who is:

We are actively seeking an experienced and accomplished qualified engineer (with a Bachelors Degree) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably from a background in either Consulting or Construction. The role will be involve leading other engineers in the business in delivery of inspections and reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in on-site work. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to independently manage and execute projects of diverse scopes, are highly desirable qualities.

Looking for someone who is interested in:

Lead the inspection and condition assessment team of between 4-6 personnel and overseeing development & mentoring of junior team members. This includes review of their work, providing constructive feedback, performance reviews, etc.

Attending site inspections to conduct assessments on water and wastewater infrastructure.

Developing designs for new infrastructure or the renewal of existing assets.

Working collaboratively with contractors and subcontractors

The successful applicant will have:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Civil or Structural).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering role.

Site experience is preferred.

Experience in water and wastewater infrastructure would be advantageous

Good knowledge of relevant industry related Australian Standards and WSAA codes

Chartered Engineer or actively working towards chartered status
