Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth? We're looking for a committed and culturally responsive Case Worker to join our team and deliver strengths-based, trauma-informed support to young people aged up to 24.

In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with at-risk youth and those re-entering community life, helping them reconnect with education, employment, family, and culture. You'll lead case management, coordinate early intervention and counselling services, and support youth to overcome challenges such as substance use, disengagement, and social disconnection.

What we’re looking for:

Diploma in a relevant field or 3+ years’ experience in social services.

Strong case management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor individual support plans.

Excellent verbal and written communication, including report writing and conflict resolution.

Flexible and responsive to changing community needs, with a resourceful approach to service delivery.

What we offer:

Competitive salary ($86,864.88 – $95,537.71 per annum)

Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
