Full Time, ongoing employment opportunity in a vibrant and supportive team
Based in Parramatta CBD with flexible work arrangements available
Remuneration of $145,378 - $168,130 plus super and leave loading

About the role
Manage a range of activities to support end-to-end communications and engagement functions for SINSW, including issues escalation for community engagement, priority programs and projects, embed best practice approaches and facilitate he achievement of program and organisational objectives. This includes asset utilisation, asset management, service and infrastructure planning, delivery and a number of state-wide programs.
Manage the delivery and process improvement for stakeholder and community engagement on behalf of SINSW to support and enhance program delivery and effectiveness.
About you
You are an accomplished communications allrounder with strong interpersonal and time management skills with:
Experience in an infrastructure or facilities management environment will be helpful but not essential as long as the candidate is willing to learn and take on feedback in a responsive way.
Extensive experience maintaining oversight of multiple projects while managing stakeholder relationships, setting expectations and ensure on-time delivery of communication commitments.

Essential requirements, experience and knowledge
Tertiary qualifications in Communications or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience within communications or community engagement.
May require travel to outer suburban and regional locations, and work outside of core business hours in the evening and on weekends.
Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the value of public education.
Working with Children Check Clearance for paid employment.
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
