Lotus People are working with a leading electronics manufacturing company based in Sydney CBD to recruit a Data Cleansing Specialist. This is a short-term, full-time temporary role with an immediate start. You’ll play a key role in updating and maintaining accurate sales data during a period of organisational change and transition.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Data Cleansing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the company's Salesforce data. Your work will involve verifying and updating contact and company records, removing duplicates, and deactivating out-of-date opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure the CRM system reflects clean and current data. This role is ideal for someone with experience in data entry or sales operations who demonstrates high attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and update contact details via LinkedIn; deactivate outdated entries
• Use Google to verify if companies are still operating
• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and remove duplicate records
• Clean and archive outdated sales opportunities in Salesforce
• Ensure accuracy across Salesforce and spreadsheet-based records

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Background in data entry or sales operations
• Experience with Salesforce and spreadsheets
• Excellent attention to detail is essential
• Strong communication skills, particularly when liaising with internal teams
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks and remain focused
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
