We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Speech Pathologist to step into a Team Leader role, leading a team of 6 Speech Pathologists. About the Role

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants
• Manage a mixed caseload across paediatrics and/or adults (flexible to your interests)
• Work across a variety of settings: 2 days in-office, 3 days in the community (homes, schools, clinics)
• Run fortnightly senior group meetings and contribute to service development
• Enjoy a reduced KPI target to allow time for leadership duties
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders and the leadership team to deliver exceptional care

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience
