About Ninja Allied Health

Ninja Allied Health, founded by two passionate Occupational Therapists, is an innovative allied health company based in Brisbane. We are dedicated to supporting every team member while delivering personalised, client-centred services. Our mission is to create a positive and lasting impact in the lives of every client we support.

We are now expanding our services and are excited to welcome our first Speech Pathologist to help build and grow our new Speech Pathology arm!

About the Role

This is not just a Speech Pathologist position — it’s an exciting Team Leader opportunity.

You will be the first Speech Pathologist joining Ninja Allied Health and will play a key role in building and shaping our Speech Pathology services.

We are planning to add more Speech Pathologists, including hiring new graduates later in the year, and you will be integral in helping us grow this team.

We are flexible, solution-oriented, and committed to supporting you every step of the way, just as we successfully built and nurtured our Occupational Therapy team.

You’ll have the full support of our leadership team, Occupational Therapists, and external Speech Pathology mentors to ensure you feel backed and encouraged.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Delivering high-quality, client-centred Speech Pathology services

Collaborating with Occupational Therapists to provide integrated care

Assisting in designing and shaping our Speech Pathology service model

Mentoring and supporting future Speech Pathologists as the team grows

Participating in case discussions, service planning, and client goal setting

Contributing to a positive, innovative, and collaborative workplace culture

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Speech Pathology, excited by the opportunity to build something new, and ready to take on a leadership role.

Skills and Experience:

A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
