🧠 The Role

• Lead the clinical care team and drive high-quality, person-centred care
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Mentor and support nursing and care staff
• Work closely with residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Manage care plans, assessments, and clinical risk

✅ About You

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with leadership experience in Aged Care
• Previous experience as a Care Manager or senior clinical role
• Strong knowledge of compliance and accreditation standards
