🔧 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement paid search, display, video, and social media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Use performance data to tweak targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Conduct research to define high-performing audience segments and keyword lists.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with campaign insights and recommendations using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Meta Ads Manager.
Allocate and manage media spend effectively to meet client goals without overspending.
Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure alignment between strategy, creative, and performance.
Keep up with digital media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
✅ Skills Required
Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Strong skills in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and reporting tools like Looker Studio or Excel.
Ability to interpret performance data and make optimization decisions based on KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR.
Understanding of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Skilled in managing budgets, pacing, A/B testing, and campaign scheduling across multiple channels.
Able to clearly present performance insights and collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients.
🧠Experience Required
3-5 Years of experience in a media, digital, or advertising agency (with a heavy focus on paid media).
Proven track record of running successful campaigns with measurable results.
Experience managing media budgets ranging from $100K–$500K/month is often preferred.
Exposure to both performance-driven eCommerce and lead generation campaigns is a plus.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are often desirable (but not always essential).
Bonus if you have these certifications
Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, App campaigns)
Meta Certified (Facebook & Instagram campaign strategy, setup, and optimisation)
Google Analytics Certification (GA4)
TikTok Ads Certification
Microsoft Advertising Certification (Bing Ads – search & display ads)
