Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital and social media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social media channels).

This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and a deep understanding of how to drive engagement and conversions through paid online advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.

Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, relevant keywords, and suitable platforms for ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Linkedin, etc.). Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more.

Develop and refine ad messaging, creative assets, and target strategies based on audience insights and market trends.

Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager

Manage advertising budgets across platforms to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum return on investment (ROI) and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads and run A/B testing on creative and landing pages.

Work with the creative team to design visually appealing and high-performing ad creatives (images, videos, banners, etc.).

Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for future campaign improvement.

Communicate campaign strategies and outcomes with internal stakeholders and media partners.

Provide clear, detailed reports on campaign results and suggest improvements to increase effectiveness and ROI.

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital advertising and social media marketing

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field

Proven experience managing large paid social ad campaigns

In-depth knowledge of advertising across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube

Ability to lead creative processes including briefing, A/B testing, and performance reviews

Strong visual and design acumen for briefing and reviewing creatives

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or similar

Proficiency in video editing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as required.
