Our Casual HR truck drivers will join the team to drive concrete agitator trucks in Metro Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, into some of the largest projects and well-known construction companies. We are looking for drivers who understand safety in the heavy vehicle industry, are reliable and enjoy seeing the results of their hard work within Melbourne's biggest projects and local favourites.

In your new role with us, you will:

Drive and operate, reliable and well-maintained concrete agitator trucks

Deliver cutting edge, sustainable mixes to once in a lifetime projects

Watch the outward growth of Melbourne's newest suburbs

Help revive and rejuvenate some existing Melbourne suburbs

See the groundwork for the buildings holding the next big advancement in warehousing

This role is a great fit for you if you:

Have a HR or HC or MC drivers' licence
(Agitator truck driving experience preferred but not essential)

Current White Card (Construction Induction) or ability to obtain if successful

Have a dedicated work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude

Understanding of basic mechanics an advantage but not necessary, ability to solve problems and contribute to solutions

Prioritise and promote safety policies and procedures

Familiar with the Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Standard Fatigue Hours

What we offer:

Casual hourly rate starting from $41.53 (inclusive of 25% loading).
(All overtime worked, as per EBA definition, time and a half and double time, are calculated from the $33.22 base rate with a 10% loading.)

Working days are Monday to Friday, with the requirements for early morning starts and Saturday shift availability a must

Meal allowance paid everyday with second paid after 10 hours

Heidelberg's thorough, minimum 10-day agitator driver training program
