We are seeking a passionate and visionary Centre Director to lead a beautifully designed, purpose-built early learning centre licensed for 112 children in Melbourne’s Inner East.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional early childhood education rooted in respect, exploration, and collaboration.
• Deliver on occupancy growth initiatives.
• Financial Management and budget delivery.
• Cultivate an environment where children’s voices are heard and their natural curiosity is celebrated.
• Build a culture of trust and continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and genuine connection.
• Collaborate with families and the wider community, fostering a sense of belonging and partnership.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are met, while maintaining the warmth and authenticity that sets this service apart.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years' experience as a Early Childhood Director
• A Diploma of Early Childhood or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field that is recognised by ACECQA.
• Proven experience in a Early Childhood Director role in a Childcare setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and early education principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment for both staff and children.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and licensing standards.
