As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us take our platform to the next level.

About the Role
This is a part-time or casual position (16–24 hours per week). You’ll join our product team to improve the usability, design and overall experience of our platform.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to balance clean, thoughtful design with real-world user need, especially in field-based environments where clarity and simplicity matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborating with our product and engineering teams to design new features

Creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma (or similar tools)

Improving user flows and interactions based on research and feedback

Helping us build and maintain a consistent design system

Running usability tests and incorporating feedback from real users

Defining requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the team

Supporting feature QA testing to help close the design loop

What We’re Looking For

A strong portfolio of UI/UX design work (mobile & web)

Experience with Figma, Adobe XD or similar design tools

Strong understanding of UX best practices and user-centred design

Great communication skills and the ability to work independently

Experience with the mining sector is a bonus, but not essential
