About the Role: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment to join our expanding team. This role can be filled either by one full-time or two part-time Nurse Practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct initial outpatient mental health assessments including patient history, symptom assessment, and validated screening tools (e.g., EDE-Q, PHQ-9, GAD-7).

· Perform mental health status examinations and initiate baseline medical investigations (pathology/ECG).

· Coordinate structured post-discharge outpatient follow-ups, focusing on relapse prevention and ongoing patient support.

· Collaborate weekly with GPs and Consultant Psychiatrists to ensure effective patient management and care coordination.

Who We’re Looking For:

· Registered Nurse Practitioner with relevant endorsements.

· Experience in mental health, preferably within eating disorders or related fields.

· Proven capability in comprehensive clinical assessments and outpatient follow-ups.

· Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach.

Remuneration and Working Conditions:

· Flexible working arrangements: Full-time (5 days/week) or two part-time roles (2-3 days/week each).

· Competitive compensation structure with estimated annual gross earnings ranging from $110,400 (2 days/week) to $276,000 (5 days/week) before contractor's/management fees.

· *Contractor arrangement with 65% retention of billed earnings.
