Key Responsibilities:

Monitor venue security and ensure a safe environment for staff, patrons, and visitors

Greet and verify members and guests in line with entry requirements under NSW club regulations

Provide excellent customer service and act as a front-line liaison for guest queries and concerns

Assist in bottle shop sales, including basic POS operation and responsible service of alcohol

Restock shelves and fridges as required

Assist with patron behaviour management and incident response

Complete incident reports and maintain professional records where necessary

Essential Requirements:

NSW Security Licence (Class 1A minimum)

Current RSA and RCG competency card

First Aid Certificate

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful under pressure

Physically fit and able to carry out minimal manual duties

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Desirable:

Previous experience in a registered club, bar, or hospitality venue

Familiarity with club membership systems and bottle shop operations
