Pay Rate: From $30.13/hour + super (higher rate negotiable with Reach Truck (LF) experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Despatch & Production Specialist to join a leading manufacturer in animal identification and traceability solutions. This hands-on role involves operating laser machines, printing tags, and handling despatch tasks to ensure smooth and timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate laser machines and print identification tags efficiently.

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.

Operate forklifts (LF) - Reach Truck experience highly regarded.

Restock product lines and complete production reports.

Maintain a clean, organised work environment.

Conduct quality checks and report any machine or product issues.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

LF Forklift Licence - Reach Truck experience is a significant advantage and can boost your pay rate.

Reliable, physically fit (lifting up to 20 kg), and comfortable with standing tasks.

Basic computer literacy with good attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Flexibility to work across shifts if needed.
