Two recent references from clinical supervisors (within the last 2 years)

Flexibility to work various shifts and locations

Willingness to travel

Proof of immunity to Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella & Pertussis (within the last 10 years)

iEMR proficiency

Fit testing evidence
