About the Role
We are now seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to join our Early Childhood Services team. In this role, you will work under the NDIS Early Childhood approach to deliver high-quality, evidence-based intervention that supports children aged 0–9 and their families to achieve their goals.
You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collaborative environment and be actively involved in meaningful, community-based care.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering tailored early intervention support using best practice approaches.
- Conducting assessments, goal setting, and providing functional capacity summaries for the NDIA.
- Supporting families through individualised key worker sessions or parent-child group programs.
- Building the skills and capacity of families, carers, and community or mainstream services.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to NDIA reporting requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia or AHPRA registration.
- Experience (or passion to gain experience) supporting children with developmental delays.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new systems.
