Your part in our UnitingCare team

The Family Dispute Resolution Service is seeking an experienced Senior Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team of high performing practitioners in child-inclusive and property family dispute resolution work - to deliver Family Dispute Resolution for issues that would otherwise be matters for proceedings under the Australian Family Law Act.

Previous experience working in a Family Relationship Centre would be an advantage. This is a part-time position with employment conditions and benefits available under the organisation's Enterprise Agreement.

As a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, you will:

Tertiary qualifications in the Social Sciences, Law or related discipline;

Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution

Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department;

Current Drivers Licence

Blue Card
