What You’ll Do:
Process Orders Efficiently – Manage daily customer orders and inquiries across multiple channels.
Maintain a Call Cycle – Proactively manage regular call cycles with existing customers.
Grow Your Territory – Increase call frequency, pursue warm leads, and open new accounts.
Track Sales Results – Report on performance by customer and channel group.
Support Digital Sales – Promote e-commerce adoption and online order flow.
Drive Range Reviews – Submit new product lines and support buyer presentations.
Prepare Sales Proposals – Tailor presentations and offers to customer needs.
Represent Our Brand – Attend key trade shows and industry events.
Hunt for New Business – Actively identify and secure growth opportunities.
Build Relationships – Foster strong partnerships with store owners, managers, and buyers.
Support Team Growth – Contribute to training and onboarding of new sales team members.
What You Bring:
Minimum 1+ years’ B2B sales experience – ideally within FMCG or fast-moving environments.
Strong phone, email, and presentation skills to engage buyers and close deals.
Detail-oriented and target driven, with the energy to follow through daily on 40–50+ touchpoints.
Tech-savvy – confident using Excel, email, and online order systems.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal focused.
