Role Description

Hi-Quality Heavy Haulage is looking for a full-time Heavy Haulage Driver to join our team in Port Kembla NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving heavy vehicles to transport OSOM goods, ensuring timely and safe delivery. They will also be responsible for carrying out inspections, equipment checks, and maintenance on the vehicles they operate.

Opportunity is currently for local/ intrastate positions.

Qualifications

A valid Open Heavy Vehicle Driver's License

A suitable and well-maintained driving record

Experience in driving heavy vehicles; such as float and dolly and/or platform trailers is advantageous

MSIC Card or willingness to obtain

Knowledge of fatigue management and the ability to manage work schedules

Basic mechanical knowledge and experience conducting basic maintenance checks on vehicles

The ability to work autonomously and complete documentation

Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively

A commitment to safety as a top priority

A willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

A strong work ethic and positive attitude
