The Role:

As a Collections Officer, you’ll play a key role in helping customers stay on top of their payments through respectful, solution-focused conversations over phone and email. You’ll work with empathy to negotiate flexible payment arrangements, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer, while meeting your KPIs.

About You:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, solutions-focused, and proactive
• Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with great time management
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience in customer service or collections (preferred but not necessary)
