Your Role in Property Maintenance & Carpentry

As a Maintenance Carpenter at Glenco, you’ll be working across a broad range of building and repair projects that help keep homes and properties in excellent condition. Your day-to-day work will involve:

Property Maintenance & Home Repairs – Fixing everyday issues like doors, locks, windows, roof leaks, and minor structural wear
Carpentry & Building – Performing skilled carpentry work including framing, cladding, decking, pergolas, and general structural repairs
Renovations & Extensions – Assisting with home improvements, layout changes, and property upgrades
Strata & Insurance Work – Completing insurance-related repairs & maintenance within strata-managed complexes
Residential & Commercial Projects – Working on a mix of private homes, apartment buildings, offices, and other commercial spaces

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ properties are safe, well-maintained, and looking their best—delivering quality work across both planned projects and urgent repair jobs.
