We’re looking for a proactive and organised Field Officer to join our growing team, supporting apprentices, trainees, employers and our valued networks across the Darling Downs and surrounding areas.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting employers, apprentices and trainees throughout the learning journey

Building and nurturing strong relationships with employers and local stakeholders

Engaging with community and industry networks to promote training opportunities

Collaborating with trainers, admin and the broader team to ensure quality delivery and compliance

Identifying new business opportunities and helping grow our presence in the region

What we’re looking for:

Someone who is self-motivated, reliable and highly organised

Strong people skills – you’re confident building rapport and maintaining relationships

Understanding of the apprenticeship/traineeship space or VET sector is highly regarded

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the regions
