About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service - Franchisee Support to join the team at Jim's Laundry Services' in our Pascoe Vale, VIC 3044 location. This full-time role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our network of franchisees across Victoria.

What you'll be doing

Respond promptly and courteously to all franchisee inquiries and requests

Provide in-depth product knowledge and guidance to franchisees

Resolve franchisee issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team

Assist with the onboarding and training of new franchisees

Monitor and maintain accurate franchisee records and information

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the franchisee experience

Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement efficiencies

What we're looking for

Proven customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or franchising environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
