As a Mobile Van Technician, you'll work independently in a fully equipped service van, performing mechanical services and repairs at our members' homes, workplaces, or in emergency situations - providing both convenience and confidence to our customers.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs for a range of vehicles
• Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing at customer locations
• Respond to breakdowns and provide on-the-spot solutions when safe to do so
• Deliver high-quality customer service, representing RAC with professionalism
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication via mobile systems
• Maintain cleanliness and care of your mobile van and equipment

About You:

• Trade qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience post-qualification (preferred)
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A valid C-class driver's licence
• A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
• Motor Vehicle Repair Licence (desirable).
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build positive workplace relationships.
