As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Turret Punch Operator to join our production team in Hallam.

We love CNC. Using an Amada AE Punch Press & Metalix CNC Software we provide consistent & high quality products for our customers. We are a LEAN team focussed on continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC turret punch machinery (Amada AE Turret Punch)

Program and set up tooling for efficient production runs (Metalix - cncKad/Autonest)

Read and interpret technical drawings and shop specifications

Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet design requirements

Safely move and handle sheet metal materials using a forklift

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

About You:

Previous experience operating CNC turret punch machinery

Proficient in CNC programming and machine setup

Foundational understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)

High attention to detail with a focus on quality

Strong work ethic and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

Able to work independently and within a small, focussed team
