About the Role

This is a full-time position working on a rotating shift roster (Monday to Friday):

Day Shift: 7am – 3pm

Afternoon Shift: 3pm – 11pm (15% shift allowance)

Night Shift: 11pm – 7am (30% shift allowance)

You’ll be involved in a variety of production tasks including:

Straw attaching

Injection moulding

Packing and labelling

Quality inspection

General warehouse duties

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery safely and efficiently

Perform quality checks and report any food safety issues

Follow strict OHS and company procedures

Label, package, and warehouse products accurately

Support compliance with integrated management systems

What They're Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and an interest in machinery maintenance

Experience in plastics or similar manufacturing (highly desirable)

Minimum Year 10 education

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Team player who is reliable, respectful, and safety-conscious

Ability to step into a Leading Hand role when required

Someone who can hit the ground running
