Care Manager
Seeking a CM to join a tight knit organisation. As the CM within this home, you will run the clinical care within the home with the support of the Facility Manager (RN). This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical care for residents, ensuring care plans are implemented in alignment with best practices and Aged Care Quality Standards. This role will focus on Quality and Education of the staff.

You will have the support of a highly experienced Facility Manager, a great team of nurses and care staff to support you.

• $120K + Super + Salary Packaging + relocation assistance

• Must have 3 - 5 years experience in the Aged Care
• Home is running well and fully accredited

Requirements:

• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
• Experience working in a Care Manager within aged care
• Excellent Communication skills
• Up to date with changes in aged care and the accreditation process
• Demonstrated experience with funding
• Ability to work autonomously
• Enthusiastic to learn
• Demonstrated ability working in a cohesive team
• Positive attitude and a real passion to work within Aged Care
