With strong demand, we’re now looking for a Leading Hand Carpenter (or a skilled carpenter ready to take that next step) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and support a small crew on-site

Read and interpret plans with confidence

Plan and coordinate daily works to keep things moving smoothly

Build timber and steel structures from start to finish

Install roof systems, including flashings, gutters, and fascia

Maintain site safety, compliance, and quality standards

Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and supervisors

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a carpenter (leadership experience is a bonus)

Ability to confidently read and follow plans

Great attitude and a strong work ethic

Attention to detail and a focus on quality

Reliable transport and a full set of basic tools

Strong communication and on-site problem-solving skills

A genuine interest in working with a tight-knit, supportive crew
