Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Plant Operator / Labourer. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a production line, as well as performing general labouring duties.

Responsibilities:

- Operate production line equipment

- Monitor plant operations and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals

- Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts and other equipment

- Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, housekeeping and Jackhammering

- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks

Qualifications:

- Forklift ticket and experience

- Confined Space ticket

- Previous experience operating plant equipment preferred

- Experience in a labouring role

- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
