The Role:
As a Renewable Energy Appointment Setter, you will be taking warm inbound leads generated from our platforms, speaking with potential clients about the benefits of solar energy, and booking them for appointments with our sales team to close deals.

Industry-specific knowledge of Solar or Renewable Energy is a requirement, and previous call center experience, especially in sales or appointment booking, is highly desirable. If you’ve worked in a Utilities call center or have a proven track record of hitting targets, you will fit right in. Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound warm leads and booking appointments for our sales team.

Effectively communicating the advantages of solar energy solutions to potential clients.

Managing your own time and performance while working remotely.

Meeting and exceeding weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.

About You:

You have previous call center experience, ideally in a sales-oriented or appointment-setting role.

You have at least a little industry specific knowledge of the renewable industry

You’re resilient, self-motivated, and great at managing your time.

You thrive on speaking with people, are diligent in follow-ups, and aim to exceed your targets.

You have access to a computer and phone to perform this role remotely.

This role offers a retainer with very generous commissions, designed for high performers who love to talk to people and are driven to succeed.
