Galstaun College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator with the relevant qualifications to teach English in High School. The teacher must have excellent communication skills and be committed to delivering quality learning experiences which aim to challenge and engage students.

The applicant should have experience in teaching Stage 6 and maintain high standards of learning and teaching, assessment and reporting that is relevant, collaborative and future focused. Integration of technology to enhance learning is essential.

The successful candidate will commence in Term 2, Monday 2 June. The role can be part time for the right candidate. The candidate will be teaching English with the remainder of the load dependant on the candidates experience in a secondary subject.

Galstaun College is an independent, co-educational school for students in Years K to 12. There is a strong emphasis on achievement in the HSC and students are encouraged to become involved in a wide range of extra-curricular activities. The College is dedicated to innovative teaching and learning in a warm and supportive classroom environment espousing Christian values. Classes are conducted in English, but the strong Armenian culture of the College means all students are catered for within a caring community.
