We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Driveway & Customer Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service. Your positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed will be key to your success.

You will work in a roster system of up to 38 hours week. Between the hours of 8am and 5pm Mondays to Friday and occasional Saturday mornings from 9 to 12pm. Casual, part-time or full-time options available.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor

Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of their dry cleaning

Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer orders

Maintain a clean and organized driveway and service area

Provide information about our services and answer customer inquiries

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and help out where needed

Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team
