About The Role

As a member of the Grace Records Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our clients, meeting their needs and the demands of the business, while delivering premium customer service and account management to some of Australia’s leading organisations and government agencies.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collecting and delivering client records and information

Handling customer service queries

Maintaining high-profile account service delivery

Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage

Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests

Working with computer technology, including scanners, PCs, etc.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

Minimum Car Licence - manual

Minimum Forklift Licence - LF

Highly desirable - Stock Picker Licence - LO

Highly desirable - RF scanner experience

Outstanding customer service skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering a great client experience

Strong verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients at all levels

A dependable, hardworking attitude with a proactive approach to getting the job done

Well-presented and physically capable of undertaking manual handling tasks when required

Solid computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems

Previous experience in warehouse or transport operations is a plus, though not essential

Flexibility to work varied hours and days as needed

Ability to thrive under pressure and contribute positively to a team-focused environment

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
