This is a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Operator with forklift experience to join our team. We offer great hours as well as overtime and extensive training will be provided to the suitable candidate.

About the role

• Receiving and storing products in the warehouse.
• Unloading containers, checking for damages and reporting any discrepancies.
• Ensure a high level of picking accuracy and packing orders to customer specifications.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Have a strong focus on safety.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks responsibly.
• Continually practice good housekeeping standards.
• Able to effectively communicate and work in a team environment.
• Have the commitment to adhere to company's WHS procedures, policies and relevant statutory legislation.
• Operate various equipment including carpet and vinyl cutting machines.
• Various 3PL duties including picking, packing, stock take, cycle count etc.
• Operating forklift in a fast-paced environment.
• Load and unload various vehicles including containers.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Hold a valid forklift license and experience operating high reach forklift.
• Minimum one year of forklift operating experience in a 3PL environment.
• Ability to manually handle freight between 15 - 20kg.
• Reliable, punctual and have a great work ethic.
• Experience operating an RF scanner.
• Strong computer skills
• Able to pass drug and alcohol screening.

Past experience in logistics is a desirable but not a minimum requirement.
