Join a well-established leader in the building services sector as an Accounts Receivable Officer, where you’ll play a key role in managing invoicing, debt collection, and client relationships.

This is a permanent full time position, paying $70,000 - $75,000 + super. An excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside a high-performing finance team.

This role is based fully onsite at their Padstow Office (parking available).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing high-volume invoicing across multiple customers
• Liaising with clients to ensure smooth transactions
• Managing debt collection and follow-ups
• Handling client portal management and reporting
• Maintaining relationships with internal teams, Managers & Supervisors, and Technicians
• Providing general AR administrative support as required

• Experience using Xero is highly desirable
