What You'll Be Doing

• Providing top-notch customer service through phone calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally

• Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards

• Working with customers and dealerships to handle follow-ups and booking confirmations seamlessly

• Working collaboratively with your team to ensure customer satisfaction

To be successful you will have:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems/software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritise effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
