About the Role

This role focuses on end-to-end manual testing of CRM applications, particularly Salesforce, to ensure functionality, stability, and integration across platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, define test scenarios, and lead test execution activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed test cases
• Design and execute test plans including system, integration, regression and UAT
• Liaise with stakeholders to investigate defects and suggest improvements
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
• Manage defects, test data, and reporting throughout the testing cycle
• Ensure testing aligns with Agile and DevOps practices

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years' experience testing CRM applications, preferably Salesforce
• Strong manual testing skills across APIs, integrations, and UAT
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Classic or Lightning
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps and ALM for test management
• ISTQB certification with strong documentation and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
