As a key leadership role in the Learning & Development Directorate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the State Training Centre (STC), and ensuring a high-quality customer service and learning experiences for CFS members. You will also develop, manage and monitor the performance of external providers supporting the facilities and course delivery at various across the State, to promote consistency of training environments, competency-based learning experiences and outcomes and compliance with relevant national standards and industry best practice. You will develop exceptional working relationships with volunteer, staff and stakeholders and lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide operational and logistical support for statewide and local (STC based) training delivery. Your success wil be realised through safe and professional learning environments, high training satisfaction and completion rates that increase CFS member capabilities and ensure smooth end-to-end learner experiences.
