CORE Community Services is a not-for-profit organisation operating in the South-West Sydney region. CORE is an approved provider of the Home Care Package Program, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and a registered NDIS Provider. As an established organisation of more than 40 years, CORE is a preferred provider of choice within the community with a large portfolio of bilingual staff and clients. CORE’s Aged & Disability Care (ADC) established team support the needs of NDIS and Aged Care participants to live the life they want to live. Driving support of the team is the key focus of this role along with significant cross collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aged and disability support services, with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. The candidate will possess a strong understanding of care coordination, compliance with industry standards, and a compassionate, client-centred approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for engaging effectively with clients, families, and team members. We are seeking a proactive, solutions-focused leader who can manage multiple priorities within a dynamic community services environment, committed to empowering individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the role will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the Aged and Disability Programs to ensure services deliver quality outcomes.
• Providing strong mentoring and training to the team through developing positive relationships.
• Partnering with participants, their families & stakeholders with compassion and professionalism.

Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role we are seeking an established leader with deep sector knowledge. The successful candidate will have;

• A relevant qualification in community services, social work, or a related field is essential.
• A solid understanding of NDIS and/or Aged Care funding and service streams (particularly HCP).
• 3 + years in a supervisory role
• Understanding of culturally inclusive care, client rights, and person-centred practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with high level internal and external stakeholders
• Strong report writing and data analytical skills.
