· Ensure full compliance with the Retirement Villages Act (ACT), the Retirement Living Code of Conduct, and consumer protections

· Champion continuous improvement, risk management, and innovation in service quality to maintain Villaggio Sant’Antonio’s outstanding community reputation

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about enhancing residents' independence, dignity, and lifestyle satisfaction within a supportive, multicultural community environment.

You Will Bring:

✔️ Demonstrated experience in retirement living management, property operations, aged care, or community housing
✔️ Strong knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act (ACT), resident lifecycle management, and consumer protections
✔️ Proven success in operational and financial management, contractor supervision, and compliance reporting
✔️ Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills — with a genuine passion for working with older residents
✔️ High-level organisational, administrative, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, /asset management systems)
✔️ A proactive, compassionate, and solutions-focused approach to leadership
✔️ Current Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Card, and a valid driver’s licence

Desirable:
