This 6 to 12-month temporary assignment is ideal for someone who’s confident working independently and enjoys variety.

Key Responsibilities
You will handle all on-the-ground responsibilities with the support of a remote team.

• Conduct routine, entry, exit, open and building inspections
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and trades
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure legal compliance (ACT legislation)

Skills & Experience

• Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)
• Minimum 2 years' residential property management experience
• ACT Property Management Registration & current driver’s license
• Strong communication and ability to work autonomously

What’s on Offer

• $60 plus super per hour
• Part-time, flexible hours
• Office support as needed, with a focus on autonomy
