What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of clients providing return-to-work assistance/case management across the Perth metropolitan area.

• Hybrid office/WFH model - office located in Subiaco.

• Complete ergonomic assessments and workplace assessments.

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Who we are

Custodian Work Assist is a WA owned and operated workplace rehabilitation provider. We are leaders in client-centered, best-practice workplace rehabilitation. We are accredited with WorkCover WA and Comcare, providing return to work assistance for Workers’ Compensation, Compulsory Third Party and Life Insurance claims. We shoot for the moon and strive to be the best at what we do, while staying humble and authentic.

We work alongside Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, a national exercise physiology and physiotherapy company, and in total have an amazing team of over 150 allied health and support staff across Australia.

About you

• Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Chiropractic or Nursing.

• Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.

• Excellent organisation and time management skills.

• Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
