About the Role

Our Dental Assistants are a tight-knit team — supportive, skilled, and truly collaborative. The culture is rare: no hierarchy, no ego, and plenty of mutual respect between dentists and assistants.

In this role, you’ll:

Help create a smooth, positive experience for patients by following well-established systems

Support dentists with calm, efficient, high-quality assistance

Communicate clearly, collaborate well, and stay solution-focused

Be part of a team that’s supportive, proactive, and ready to welcome someone who values connection and growth

Contribute to mentoring an intern and have access to career development opportunities

About You

You’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a strong, supportive team. You’re calm under pressure, friendly, and known for your reliable, can-do attitude.

You’ll bring:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (great, but not essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A genuine interest in learning and contributing to a high-functioning team
