The Role:

Global Advanced Metals (GAM) Greenbushes is seeking a Shift Supervisor to form part of our Greenbushes operations working an 7/7 roster (12 hour shifts), on a residential basis, residing (or willing to relocate to) within 45 mins of site.

Reporting to the Greenbushes Production Superintendent, you will lead your team of 6 operators in the day to day of the tantalum recovery process to ensure all production requirements are met in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.

This role requires an experienced supervisor with experience in mineral separation.

In addition to a competitive annual salary you will also be eligible to receive an annual site bonus.

Our Greenbushes operation runs 24/7 to process and ship tantalum to our facilities in Boyertown, USA and tin to Germany.

Skills and experience:

Essential Criteria:

Minimum 5 years in a similar industry

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position

Valid WA Driver's Licence.

Developed verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literacy skills - specifically the MS Office suite

Strong commitment to safety.

Previous experience in wet gravity separation processes

High Risk Fork Lift License
